After you book, your route and destination are fixed. No surprise stops after you get a driver. This is to provide everyone with the smoothest route.
Please book your rideshare in advance or 12 hours before your scheduled trip, if the request for rideshare is made less than 12 hours, you need to CALL OR TEXT our support line at 323-900-5061 to check the availability for rideshare. You also have the option to book our exclusive trip service.
What to Expect?
Once you have made the reservation, you will receive a confirmation with all the important details of your ride. You will receive another notification a day before your trip with your assigned Driver’s contact information.
Driver’s Wait time: Our vehicle will arrive within the 15-minute pickup window that you selected. Please note that if you choose a pickup time outside of the 15-minute window, we cannot offer you a refund for any delays or reimburse you for any resulting costs. It’s important to be ready to leave at the beginning of the pickup window and remain available for the full 15-minute period. Failing to do so may result in the forfeiture of your fare.
You will receive a reminder from us 24 hours before your trip with detailed instructions about your reserved rideshare.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Window and Charges: Customers that canceled their PickUpRideShare 12 hours BEFORE the scheduled pickup is guaranteed for a full fare refund excluding booking fee and bank fee. However PickUpRide WILL NOT provide a refund if you cancel less than 12 hours before your pickup time or in the event of reservation abandonment.
