Unlike other airport and hotel transfers that only do pick-ups and drop-offs at predetermined times and locations, PickUpRide offers more personalized service. You choose where we pick you up—your home, hotel, office, or convention center—and the exact time for your pickup.

To schedule your private service with PickUpRide, simply fill out the form on our Book Now page and specify the type of service you need and your desired pick-up date, time, and location.

Are you traveling with a group? If so, you have the option to request additional pick-up stops as needed. Please inform us of your drop-off location, the total number of passengers, and the number of pieces of luggage you have. You will then be asked to choose the type of van you prefer, indicate if you require a child seat, add any extra stops, specify any desired wait time, and include an airport meet and greet. Additionally, please let us know if you require an accessible vehicle. Please note that any additional fees will be applied to the final amount.

Q: What should I do if my flight is delayed or arrives earlier than expected?

A: If your flight is delayed, it is recommended to notify PickUpRide as soon as possible or at least three hours in advance to update your reservation. Also, if you have a different flight from the one we have on file, you need to let us know so we can update it. Our customer service can assist you in adjusting your pick-up time accordingly. In case your flight arrives earlier than expected, it is best to contact our customer service to check if an earlier pick-up can be arranged based on availability.

Q: Can I cancel my reservation if I need to change my plans?

A: Yes, you can cancel your reservation with PickUpRide. However, cancellation policies may apply, and fees might be incurred depending on the timing of your cancellation. We will process your refund if you cancel 12 hours before your pick-up time. Please note that there will be a $10 cancellation fee. These fees cover the bank transaction fees and are non-refundable; we don’t have control over them. If the cancellation is within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up time, there will be NO REFUND. Q: What happens if my flight gets delayed or canceled?

A: We understand that sometimes a reservation may need to be changed for reasons outside of your control. Reservations affected by airline delays or cancellations may qualify for a refund if another reservation is made and you supply proof of receipt. Failure to contact PickUpRide with delay or flight cancellation information is considered reservation abandonment and may result in forfeiture of fare.

Q: What is my Airport Pick Up Instructions?

Step 2: After collecting your luggage, proceed to the Lower/Arrival Level islands in front of each terminal. Look for the middle island curbside under the white sign marked “Passenger Pickup.” Inform us of the pillars you are standing by and say “Ready to go + Pillar Number” (sample text: Ready to go + Pillar #7G). Our drivers will meet you at the designated pillars. Sample pillars include 1G, 2K, 4F, 5G, 6G, and 7G for the terminals curbside.

Step 3: Our drivers will be waiting for your call or text until they enter the terminals. You don’t need to worry as our drivers are within one mile of your location, ready to assist you.

Step 4: We will be with you until we drop you off at your home.

Q: Is there an additional fee for adding a child seat to my private van reservation?

A: Yes, there is an additional fee of $20 for adding a child seat to your reservation. When you select the child seat option during the booking process, this fee will be automatically added to your quoted rate.

A: If you require an infant or booster seat instead of a standard child seat, please contact our support line when making your reservation. By doing so, we can ensure that the correct seat is provided for your child, ensuring their safety during the journey.

Q: Can I get a refund if I accidentally choose the wrong child seat during the reservation process?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if you accidentally choose the wrong child seat during the reservation process. It is important to carefully select the correct seat type when making your reservation to ensure your child’s safety and to avoid any additional fees. Q: Are stopovers allowed?

A: Yes, you can add an additional stop for only $20, provided that it is on the way to your drop-off location. When at a stopover, please keep time at a minimum otherwise it will incur additional fees.

Q: Can I bring my own child seat?

A: Yes, you can at no cost.

Q: Do your drivers help with luggage?

A: Yes, our drivers help with luggage as a courtesy, but for oversized luggage, we require a fee of $20 as a thank-you to the drivers. Please also assist them when you have oversized bags.

Q: Can you meet me inside the airport?

A: Yes, we can meet you inside the airport (not at the curbside) for $45, as it takes time for our drivers to get inside. This is non-refundable.

Q: Can you pick me up inside the airport?

A: Yes we can, there will just be a charge of $45 for the baggage claim meetup. An important disclaimer for you to note, due to construction at the airport, the parking is limited thus a  baggage claim meetup is not guaranteed. Regardless of the situation, the $45 fee is not refundable. All our Airport Pickups are set up as CURBSIDE meetups with no additional charge.

Q: I paid $45 for a meet and greet, but the driver picked me up at the curbside. I want my money back $45?

A: I am sorry I can’t refund the $45. Please read our policy on the website. It’s non Refundable.
