Terms & Conditions of Service

All transportation operated by PickupRide International and its affiliates (“PickupRide”) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service (“TERMS”). By agreeing to these TERMS, you,”Client,” acknowledge and agree to be bound by the TERMS memorialized at the PickupRide.com website.

If you’re using PickupRide.com to book a van, limo, private sedan or SUV transportation service, please review our website for the complete TERMS.

By booking service with our Company, you are agreeing to these TERMS, and confirming that you have reviewed and understand our TERMS.

Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and is only responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

You are agreeing that our Company is not liable for any consequential damages and our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of our service.

Client assumes full financial liability for any damage to its vehicle caused by Client or any members of Client’s entourage during the rental service. Company charges a fee of 100 for each carpet or seat burn and a sanitation fee is 250.

Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines assessed against Company as a result of Client’s violations will be charged to Client.

Company has the right to terminate service without a refund in the event there is blatant indiscretion or violation of law on the part of Client.

Smoking is not permitted in Company vehicles. this is left to the discretion of the driver.

Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.

PickupRide is not responsible for delays or termination caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. weather, accidents, etc.).

PickupRide is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.

Client must pay outstanding balances to the driver before the trip commences.

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

Reservation abandonment occurs when the Operator cannot find the customer at the designated pick-up location and cannot reach the customer for further instruction using the “Day of Travel” contact number provided within a short, reasonable time.

PICKUPRIDE WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND IF THE RESERVATION CANCELLED OR CHANGED LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE PICK-UP TIME, OR IN THE EVENT OF RESERVATION ABANDONMENT.
