PickUpRide is here to make your travel to and from Airport a stress-free experience. No more worries about trying to find a friend or family member to drop you off or paying a fortune to park your car. Instead, one of our drivers will pick you up in a comfortable late-model private van. These spacious vehicles are perfect for those traveling in groups, as they seat 7 to 9 passengers, with ample storage space for luggage.
How Our Airport Service Works
Unlike other airport and hotel transfers that only do pick-ups and drop-offs at predetermined times and locations, PickUpRide offers more personalized service. You choose where we pick you up—your home, hotel, office, or convention center—and the exact time for your pickup.
Upon arriving at the airport, please send a text or reply to the driver indicating that you have landed. This will inform the driver of your arrival. Call Us at (833) 966-2333 or Text Us at (323) 900-5061. You may also chat with us from our website at www.pickupride.com.
To schedule your private service with PickUpRide, simply fill out the form on our Book Now page and specify the type of service you need and your desired pick-up date, time, and location.
Are you traveling with a group? If so, you have the option to request additional pick-up stops as needed. Please inform us of your drop-off location, the total number of passengers, and the number of pieces of luggage you have. You will then be asked to choose the type of van you prefer, indicate if you require a child seat, add any extra stops, specify any desired wait time, and include an airport meet and greet. Additionally, please let us know if you require an accessible vehicle. Please note that any additional fees will be applied to the final amount.

How can I change my reservation?
What should I do if my flight is delayed or arrives earlier than expected?
If your flight is delayed, it is recommended to notify PickUpRide as soon as possible or at least three hours in advance to update your reservation. Also, if you have a different flight from the one we have on file, you need to let us know so we can update it. Our customer service can assist you in adjusting your pick-up time accordingly. In case your flight arrives earlier than expected, it is best to contact our customer service to check if an earlier pick-up can be arranged based on availability.
Can I cancel my reservation if I need to change my plans?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation with PickUpRide. However, cancellation policies may apply, and fees might be incurred depending on the timing of your cancellation. We will process your refund if you cancel 12 hours before your pick-up time. Please note that there will be
Booking Fee: All Reservation will be charged $5 NONREFUNDABLE booking fee.
Bank Fee: All Reservation will be charged 4% NONREFUNDABLE bank fee.
These fees cover the bank transaction fees and are non-refundable; we don’t have control over them. If the cancellation is within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up time, there will be NO REFUND. What happens if my flight gets delayed or canceled?
What is my Airport Pick Up Instructions?
Step 1: Once you land, please text your driver to let them know you’ve arrived.

Step 2: After collecting your luggage, head to the Lower/Arrival Level and walk toward the middle island in front of your terminal, marked by white “Passenger Pickup” signs.
Important: Before walking outside, send us a message saying:
“I am starting to walk outside”
This allows us to dispatch your driver to the curb.
Once you are standing at a pillar, send us another message like this:
“Ready to go + Pillar #7G”
(Examples: 1G, 2Q, 4D, 5G, 6G, 7G)
Step 3: Our drivers are positioned within one mile and will move in once we confirm you’re at your pickup location. Just keep us updated—your driver will be there shortly.
Step 4: Relax and enjoy the ride. We’ll be with you until you arrive at your destination.

Is there an additional fee for adding a child seat to my private van reservation?
Yes, there is an additional fee of $20 for adding a child seat to your reservation. When you select the child seat option during the booking process, this fee will be automatically added to your quoted rate.
What should I do if I need an infant seat instead of a standard child seat?
If you need an infant seat, please contact our support team ahead of time to check availability. We have a limited number of infant or rear seats available. Please note that child seats cost an additional $20. You are also welcome to bring your own car seat at no extra charge. Check the child seat policy so you will be guided accordingly.

Can I get a refund if I accidentally choose the wrong child seat during the reservation process?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if you accidentally choose the wrong child seat during the reservation process. It is important to carefully select the correct seat type when making your reservation to ensure your child’s safety and to avoid any additional fees. Are stopovers allowed?

Yes, you can at no cost.
Do your drivers help with luggage?
A: Yes, our drivers help with luggage as a courtesy, but for oversized luggage, we require a fee of $20 as a thank-you to the drivers. Passengers MUST assist them when they have oversized bags.

How long will I be waiting at the curb for the driver to pick me up?

Can you pick me up inside the airport instead of at the curb?
Yes, we can arrange an inside-the-terminal pickup for an additional $45. This covers the driver’s time and airport parking charges. Please note, the longer the driver has to wait inside, the more the actual cost may increase. The $45 fee is non-refundable regardless of circumstances.
By default, all airport pickups are curbside, which is free of charge.
